Science in the Neighborhood Series

The Science in the Neighborhood Series provides an opportunity to get up close and personal with top scientists and alumni at the Carnegie Science Department of Embryology in Baltimore, MD. These events are free and open to the community, and are designed to share insight into the Department’s work in biological and genetic research. Presentations and panel discussions begin in the evening and last for approximately one hour, followed by a brief question and answer period, and refreshments to follow. Doors open to the public half an hour before start time. 


The Series is held in the Carnegie Science Department of Embryology’s Rose Auditorium at 3520 San Martin Drive in Baltimore, MD. San Martin Drive is one of the main arteries of Johns Hopkins’ Homewood Campus, and validated parking is available in the San Martin Garage, located at 3500 San Martin Drive across from the Carnegie Science Building.
